Stability AI FreeWilly - Open Source LLM as Good as ChatGPT?

Stability AI has released two new open source LLM models FreeWilly1 and FreeWilly2 that in certain areas outperform ChatGPT 3.5. Also on the Brief: OpenAI's head of trust and safety leaves; Meta gets flak for calling Llama 2 "open source" and Elon's new X.com will be "powered by AI."
