Mastering these 4D competencies transforms students from passive users of technology into sophisticated, thoughtful collaborators. Inspired by his predecessors in Oklahoma, Frasier’s TEDx weaves a story of a determined entrepreneur from Tulsa to Newark, who would eventually co-found The Phat Startup and breathe new life into a U.S. community.
