Enough to give any investor doubts and make them reconsider investing time and money in doing business in the African economy.

An economy known for to be volatile and mostly unstable in several parts. However, where many may see challenges, we see opportunities. And here in this video, you see which sectors of the African economy are showing the most promising.

Frankly it took us looking at several different economies; big stable economies like the that of Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria and etc.

Even at the moment the forwarding thinking visionary entrepreneurs are ready to go and get their business started in several of these countries RIGHT NOW! With some already started and reaping the benefits.

But we did our homework – we positioned them strongly, and arranged the various inputs in the list according to a particular other.

Maybe now it is YOUR turn, to step into your very own potential that may still be hidden deep inside you….your turn to tap into Africa's HUGE resources and demands on the marketplace….to build a lifestyle you truly crave….to build wealth for yourself and Africa!

What are you waiting for?!
I wonder why most of our businesses never explore the marketplace beyond the continent.

🔥 WALLO’s viral clip about Black-owned businesses really stirred the pot, and I’m loving the conversation it’s creating. 🔥
Excellence is key—we don’t want pity purchases, we want loyal customers who choose us because we’re the best. 👏🏾 It’s about earning their trust and building a brand that speaks for itself. 💯
But why do we get shamed for saying Black-owned when other communities proudly support their own? 🧐
In this clip, @liajones shares how she’s seen an uptick in support, and instead of just coasting, she’s doubling down on marketing and customer experience to build long-lasting loyalty. 🔥
We’re here to build businesses that are legacies, not charity cases. Let’s be the best—and still be proud to be Black-owned. 💪🏾

With interest rates at a 22-year high, Michael Pugh says Black business owners crunched for cash should look to community-based financial institutions for help.
“Learn more about them; we have a very different scope [regarding loan arrangements],” Pugh, the CEO of New York-based Carver Federal Savings Bank, tells Forbes of community banks. “We have to make sure we extend our arms and get out there and tell people what they need to know to start achieving that generational wealth.”
August is National Black Business Month, and ForbesBLK is highlighting the theme with special discussions about sustaining and expanding Black firms. Based in Harlem, Carver is one of the largest Black-run financial institutions in the U.S., celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2023. The bank is named after George Washington Carver and trades on the NASDAQ. Pugh was named CEO in 2012.
Black businesses generated $206 billion in annual revenue and supported 3.56 million U.S. jobs in the last decade, according to the non-profit Brookings Institution. However, though Black people comprise 14.7% of the U.S. population, the community represents 12.4% of sole proprietorship and only 2.4% of employer businesses. Brookings said the stats show “disparities” that hold back Black entrepreneurs and “restrict economic opportunities for entire communities, which in turn impacts local prosperity.” Brookings also notes that access to sufficient capital remains a lingering issue for Black-owned businesses. That causes entrepreneurs to rely on personal funds and credit cards to finance operations.

We've read stats showing that Blacks have a buying power of $1.2 Trillion dollars and that Black women are starting businesses at a faster rate than any other group, but is this enough to change the economic inequalities that plague Black neighborhoods? Mandy Bowman discusses how it's time to focus on creating and supporting Black businesses to build long term/generational wealth.
Mandy Bowman is the Founder of Official Black Wall Street and the Social Media Manager at Essence Magazine. With a deep-rooted passion for all things social media, entrepreneurship, and Black culture, Mandy has worked tirelessly to empower and support Black entrepreneurs through her digital platform and Black business directory, Official Black Wall Street. When she isn't working to fuel Black businesses through the Official Black Wall Street platform, she is volunteering as a mentor to inner city students and creating social strategies.
